All Around Retail was developed by Mel Kolinski and Amanda Miller to help Retail Managers be able to network with other Managers in the Metro Detroit area. Most Retail Managers struggle with finding the extra time that it takes to build a network of peers in their area. That's where All Around Retail comes in! For just a couple of hours a month you can build your network and meet people face to face!

Let us help you build a network of managers that can put you in contact with the right people to fill openings that you might have. We have a discussion topic at each month's event that will allow everyone to bring something to the table that we have all learned through our experiences in networking and hiring.

Mel Kolinski currently heads up the first American Eagle Outfitters store. She attended the University of Michigan on scholarship. Mel brings over 10 years of retail experience to the table and has traveled across the country as a panel speaker regarding her ideas, methods and results relating to retail management.

Amanda Miller has 17 years of retail experience with notable retailers that include Levi's and Limited Brands. Amanda is currently working for American Eagle's new kids concept, 77kids.
